MOK Architects designed an agency complex featuring a prefabricated car showroom with gravel-coated glass fronts, a sales-office showroom, and capacity for future expansion. The project sits on Palestine Street in Jeddah and was delivered for Universal Motors Agencies Co. (UMA) in 1989.
