Project Overview
MOK Architects developed and supervised construction of La Promenade II, a commercial center on Tahlia Street in Jeddah. The basic architectural idea was provided by the client and originally prepared by Minoru Yamasaki, USA. The building delivers shops and restaurants across three levels with a basement and combined covered/open ground-floor parking. Construction ran from October 1999 to April 2004.
