Project Overview
MOK Architects designed and supervised the construction of a commercial building on Madinah Road in Jeddah for Sheikh Anas Ismail Abodawood. The structure houses a ground floor showroom with a mezzanine level and dedicated on site parking, conceived to host automotive dealerships and retail showrooms on one of Jeddah’s busiest commercial corridors.
Scope of Work
Our team led the project from inception through handover, covering architectural design and full engineering supervision of construction. Continuous coordination with regulatory authorities secured the permits required at each stage of the build.

The project was delivered on schedule and on specification, and has served retail tenants on Madinah Road in the years since.
