Project Overview
MOK Architects supervised the construction of a multi use commercial center in Jeddah’s historic Al Balad district for Al Haj Abdullah Ali REZA Co. The project spans two floors plus a mezzanine, totaling 7,961 m², and brings together large showrooms, a bank branch, retail outlets, cafes, restaurants and majlis spaces, alongside offices and parking that occupy the entire basement and a portion of the ground floor.
Scope of Work
Our team supervised execution quality, reviewed contractor works, and coordinated with regulators and Jeddah Municipality throughout the project. Site supervision was carried out with full regard to the heritage character of Al Balad and to the local code compliance requirements that govern the district.
Delivery
The center was delivered on specification and on schedule, adding to MOK’s portfolio of work in Jeddah’s historic core.
