Project Overview
MOK Architects designed an administrative head quarter building for Unitrans Co. Budget — four floors totaling 3,853 m² — located on the Alharamain Highway in Jeddah, adjacent to the company’s central workshop site. The head quarter forms part of an integrated project that includes the central workshop, maintenance and express service complex, and the workers’ mosque. The ground floor houses a car showroom with administrative accessories, while the mezzanine, first, and second floors accommodate the company’s various departments. Design completed August 2011; the building was not implemented.
