Project Overview
MOK Architects prepared the execution drawings and supervised construction of Tamlik Tower, an 11 storey office building with two levels of underground parking on Wali Elahed Street in Jeddah. The modern design was authored by the celebrated American architect Minoru Yamasaki.
Scope of Work
Our office translated the architectural design into a full execution package and oversaw construction through to handover. Responsibilities included structural, mechanical and electrical coordination, on site quality supervision, and authority approval coordination throughout the build.
Delivery
The handover included the main lobby and ground floor entrances along with the two underground parking vaults. Tamlik Tower has remained a recognisable presence on Wali Elahed Street since its opening in 1993.
