MOK Architects designed and supervised an automotive agency complex in Riyadh for Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd., on an 18,000 m² site. The complex brings together a car showroom, vehicle sales offices, maintenance workshops, and a spare parts outlet in a single integrated operation.
Scope of Work
Our team developed the site master plan, prepared the architectural design, and engineered the mechanical and electrical systems across every program element. The design carefully separates customer circulation, service bay vehicle flow, and parts operations while preserving a unified dealership identity.
