MOK Architects produced a modern multi storey car showroom on Madina Road, Jeddah, for Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. The building delivers 2,250 m² of covered space on a 6,175 m² plot, with capacity for 60 vehicles displayed inside the showroom and across the surrounding site.
Scope of Work
Our team prepared the architectural and detailed engineering drawings, supervised construction, and coordinated authority approvals. The design opens the showroom volume to give the vehicles a strong visual presence on Madina Road while organising customer and vehicle movement cleanly across the plot.
Delivery
The project was completed on schedule and on specification, and has served the dealership on Madina Road since the mid 1990s.
