Project Overview
MOK Architects prepared the engineering design for a multi tenant retail and automotive complex on the Alharamain Express Highway in Jeddah. Spanning a 65,293 m² site, the development was conceived to accommodate multiple brand showrooms, accessories outlets, and supporting services under a unified site framework.
Scope of Work
Our team established the architectural envelope for the complex, set out the master planning of the site, and coordinated MEP requirements across multiple frontages and showroom volumes. Vehicular and pedestrian circulation was planned for the high traffic exposure of an Alharamain Express Highway location.
Delivery
Authority submittal packages were prepared in line with Jeddah Municipality and Civil Defense requirements, with full technical documentation across every project component.
