Private Residence, Jeddah

Hacienda-style private residence in Jeddah, designed and delivered with full architectural, engineering, and supervision services.

Project Overview

MOK Architects designed this Hacienda-style private residence in Jeddah and supervised its delivery from end to end. The project combines an Andalusian-Mediterranean treatment of the main house with shaded internal courtyards, suiting the local climate and the family’s privacy requirements.

Scope of Work

Our office prepared the full architectural and engineering design, coordinated the interior treatment, and supervised construction from inception through final handover. The detailing draws on natural finish materials and the stone and ceramic work characteristic of the Hacienda idiom, with a series of ancillary structures supporting the main residence.

Delivery

The project was completed on specification between 1989 and 1996, taking its place as one of the firm’s distinctive residential projects.
