Project Overview
MOK Architects designed this private beach house in Jeddah as a weekend getaway for the family. The design takes full advantage of the direct sea frontage and protects family privacy, with living and recreational spaces arranged flexibly to suit the seasonal nature of the use.
Scope of Work
Our office prepared the full architectural and engineering design and supervised construction from inception through final handover. The work included site coordination on the beachfront and the ancillary structures supporting marine activities and outdoor hospitality.
Delivery
The project was completed and handed over on specification between 1984 and 1986, standing as a representative example of private coastal residences in the firm’s portfolio.
