MOK Architects led the architectural and engineering design and construction supervision of 12 duplex residential villas in Jeddah’s Al Rawda district for Jish Center. Each villa is organized over two storeys with an upper loft extension, conceived as adjacent units of 500 m² each.
Scope of Work
Our team prepared the site master plan, the architectural and engineering design of the units, and coordinated authority approvals. The site layout secures privacy for each unit while optimizing vehicular and pedestrian circulation across the development.
Delivery
The project was delivered on schedule and on specification, adding a coherent and well organized residential product to the housing stock of Jeddah’s Al Rawda district.
