Private Residence, Jeddah

Palatial private residence in Jeddah, with 3,876 m² of living space and 2,616 m² of ancillary buildings on a 20,000 m² lot.

Project Overview

MOK Architects designed this palatial private residence in Jeddah, set on a 20,000 m² lot. The residence delivers 3,876 m² of dedicated living space, supplemented by a further 2,616 m² of ancillary buildings serving the household and guest functions.

Scope of Work

Our office prepared the full architectural and engineering design and supervised the build from inception through final handover. The design is configured around family privacy, with a refined classical architectural treatment and a coordinated relationship between the main residence and the surrounding ancillary structures.

Delivery

The project was completed on schedule and on specification between 1986 and 1988, taking its place as one of the firm’s signature residential projects.
