MOK Architects delivered the architectural and engineering design, alongside construction supervision, of a distinctive private residential building on an 830 m² plot in the Al-Zahar District of Jeddah. The home consists of a basement floor with parking and services, a ground floor, four recurring floors and an additional upper annex. Completed December 2014.
