Unitrans Budget Central Workshop
Central workshop and express service complex on a 25,301 m² site on the Jeddah Makkah Highway, capable of storing and maintaining 407 vehicles.
Project Overview
MOK Architects developed, designed, and managed the implementation of the Unitrans Budget central workshop and express service complex on the Jeddah Makkah Highway. The project occupies a 25,301 m² site and was conceived as a fully integrated operational facility for a large vehicle fleet.
Project Program
In addition to a basement and ground floor, the complex includes a 1,714 m² mezzanine accommodating service offices, spare parts, and management functions. The workshop floor itself measures 11,839 m², while the basement provides 103 carpark spaces. A four storey office building and a mosque for workers complete the program, with a public site capable of storing and servicing 407 vehicles concurrently.
Scope of Work
Our team prepared the complete design and managed delivery from inception through commissioning, including authority coordination, technical oversight, and quality control across every stage of the build.
Bring us in early.
The earlier we coordinate engineering with architectural intent, the better the project performs — on cost, on schedule, and on compliance.
