Binladin Woodwork Factory
Construction supervision and project management of an 18,650 m² woodwork factory, warehouse, labour camp mess, and supporting buildings within Bin Ladin Industrial Complex in Bahra.
Project Overview
MOK Architects managed and supervised construction of the Binladin Woodwork Factory project for Binladin Woodwork Factory Co. Ltd., inside the Bin Ladin Industrial Complex in Bahra. The 18,650 m² development brings together the woodwork factory and warehouse alongside a labour camp mess building and a series of supporting structures that keep the facility running.
Scope of Work
Our team managed the project across five years of execution, covering quality control, technical oversight, and ongoing coordination with regulators. Site supervision was carried out with strict regard to the industrial safety and fire protection requirements that woodworking environments demand.
Delivery
The facility was handed over in 2020 to the agreed technical specifications and entered service within Binladin’s industrial operations in the Bahra area.
Bring us in early.
The earlier we coordinate engineering with architectural intent, the better the project performs — on cost, on schedule, and on compliance.
