Project Overview
MOK Architects produced a sequence of industrial-facility designs approved by MODON during 2023 and 2024, located inside BinLadin Industrial City in Jeddah. The portfolio covers administrative buildings, production buildings and service yards for multiple owners under MODON contracts, including spare-parts stores, machine-maintenance areas, compressors, parking, and ancillary services.
