Project Overview
MOK Architects designed and supervised an integrated industrial facility for Saudi Doka Co. inside MODON’s Jeddah Industrial City 3. The project brings together a moulding workshop, a warehouse, an outdoor stock yard, and an administrative office building serving the site’s operations.
Scope of Work
Our team developed the site master plan, prepared the architectural and engineering design of the industrial facility, and coordinated MODON and Civil Defense requirements throughout the project. The design addresses industrial safety, operational efficiency, and clear circulation between the warehouse, stock yard, and workshop.
Delivery
The facility was handed over on schedule and on specification, joining Saudi Doka’s operational base in the Kingdom.
