Project Overview
MOK Architects prepared an architectural and engineering design proposal for AlOthaim Markets Co. in 2016, covering a 19,555 m² site in Jeddah’s Al Rabwa district. The proposal sets out a commercial center and warehouse facility serving both wholesale operations and supermarket retail.
Scope of Work
In addition to the commercial building and warehouse, the proposal includes all supporting construction required for the operation, including dedicated on site labour accommodation. The site master plan separates customer movement from goods loading operations and worker circulation, ensuring smooth day to day operations.
